How will I receive my digital product?

I didn’t receive my email—what should I do?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal for now. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Why am I not being charged tax?

We’re a small supplier based in Quebec, and we’re not required to collect sales tax at this time. If that changes, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

Are these digital products refundable?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds once the product has been delivered. But if something doesn’t feel right, please reach out—we’re always here to support you.

Do you offer coaching or custom guidance?
